There are a lot of people that have betrayed me and made my life worse, those people will suffer my wrath once I get betrayed by that person once more. I will be able to start hurting other people instead of myself, and by hurt I mean hurt them in a way that they won't find out that it's me.

I will snipe them from the shadows.

I will hurt them in such a way that they don't even know it's me.

I will have my personal justice.

In 30 minutes I can run for 4 minutes at around 5mph three times...
I would rather cut myself and injure myself, but right now I stopped because my right hand was hurting too much and I couldn't write or type properly.

I want to be able to execute my revenge or vengeance on those that betray me, even though I have revealed my emotional trauma and what happened to me.

I feel like doing it. I just want to stab myself repeatedly. but I would get sent to the hospital. I hate this, but yes I have cut myself there before. The scars aren't worth it, and I don't want attention from my family, so I stopped. + it's getting in the way of school since I have to use my arm to do work and type

I think I am going to starve myself on Saturdays. "Starving Saturdays", just have water and very little to eat, maybe around 600 calories or 800 something as a minimum.

I will leave the house on Saturday and stay out for most of the day...This way I don't have to eat food at home and can starve..until I can go 2 days in a row or more.
