Have had them a literal year now. 8 months in i went to the doctor and told him I had them for 8 months. he recommended i follow what the internet says, literally. keep reaggravating them when I think they're healed. Can't do the few things I do for fun outside with them. I tried to jog barely half a mile the other day and i can barely walk for 3 days now. my bicycle is also fucked.
