My grandpa especially when I was younger HATED when I got angry over things I truly had a serious reason to be angry about and ALWAYS belittled my suffering or my problem and told me to stop being angry.

Fuckin dick. Nowadays whenever he does it I point it out for him to fuck off. Like I don't know, I can't be fuckin angry I have to fuckin accept everything yet other neighbours where he lives or their kids, he never behaves towards them like that. I don't see my neighbours being told by anybody to not be angry when they are angry. Yet when I was younger my family always told me to shut the fuck up
