i have not showered in almost 5 days

i am germaphobic autismcel so i normally shower everyday, i have never before gone without a shower for so long in my life. i have been extremely depressed lately like never before. i hope to shower tomorrow and clean my room. i have been wearing thick clothes so my nastiness doesn't stick on anywhere


the weird thing is i don't smell. at all. i think my clothes smell kind of musty but no body odor. and it's not that i have gotten nose blind to myself or anything, i genuinely don't smell. i told my mother that i haven't showered in 4 days and she didn't believe me. it's weird
