Aren't Latinas actually the most favourable to their own race in the US except perhaps for the whites, owing perhaps to close childhood connections with communities and intermarriage there, and to Latinos not having very many failos or instances of low attractiveness? 
Perhaps it's just your status as a subhuman, and the fact that you live in a white-majority neighborhood where such Latinas are not so sheltered and exposed to more chance of white-worshipping behaviour than usual.
