Damn man I'm sorry. I don't have Marfan syndrome but I have scoliosis, sunken chest and bad flare ups of lower shoulder pain, lower back/hip pain that surges down the nerves of my leg bones. If you're young I would definitely see a doctor and protect your posture etc as early as possible.
