NCT and recessed chin are the worst flaws in your list.
My main flaws are:
-little balding (probably a side effect of accutane usage, will go away afterwards)
-close set eyes (make me look low IQ)
-no square jaw (makes my front profile look like a potato, makes me look feminine)
-severe acne, acne scars
-big forehead (again, it makes me look feminine)
-bad angle of jaw
-hump nose (this one I'll most likely get fixed in the future)
-small long neck
-crossbite (getting it fixed currently)
-naturally yellow teeth (will get a bleaching after I get the braces off maybe)
-hourglass body shape
-bad height (not enough to look manly)
