You have to get this RIT soap and comb. There are doctors who can get rid of it.

You have to find some ticks, who are angrier and stronger than the lice. Place them on your scalp and have them fight, but be careful to count! If you're numbers are off they won't self eradicate and you might just have a tick problem instead.

Also bathe in neem oil.
