Yes, it's the only thing about my appearance I like. I've destroyed the rest of me, got hideously fat and aged. It's ironic because the thing I was most paranoid about when I was young was going bald-- almost all of the men in my family are bald and my Dad went bald in his 20s (like you).

I'd save up for a transplant or get a fitted hairpiece (they look completely realistic and use real hair). It's a brutal thing to happen to you but it's also something fixable.
