I have diarrhea

I have this horrible diarrhea and I woke up at 6am to take a shit and I have only slept 4 hours. I'm tired, I feel dehydrated all time and I have to go to the bathroom each 10 minutes. I will be on diet for some days and I can't do anything (f. example going to gym, one of my copes) so apart from LDARing (as usual kek) I will feel sick.

Drink Gatorade or pickle juice to replenish your electrolytes, or try to add a teaspoon of salt to a cup of warm water. And eat bread with anything to put a bit of a hold of what your disgesting/stomaching. Hope all is well.
