Being an incel is increasingly common. Even if you're not an incel, a growing number if men struggle to settle in stable relationships with a high number of marriages ending in divorce. The relationship dynamic between men and women is becoming more strained as time goes on. I doubt being without sex for your whole life will ever become the norm, but having troubles in the social dating world is not uncommon at all. I don't think 70% of men are chads.
