No shit, that's partly why I do it. I also started gymcelling to accelerate fat loss and maybe get a nice 6 pack and biceps.

All I want right now is to get below 20% bf and then I will stop.

Dude come on if you're putting in all the work now, you might as well continue till you get to like 12%. 20% is nowhere near enough to see your true potential. Especially if you have a decent lower third, just get to like low double digits at least so you can maximize facial aesthetics.

How do you plan to keep the weight off once you've lost it through fasting? Because you can't fast forever, how will you keep the positive results?

If you want to lose weight but still keep your muscle, then you should go on Atkins. You can eat as much meat as you want, though sugars, bread and saturated fatty acids is what you need avoid. It basically keeps your energy levels high while not getting fat from all of the carbs and sugars you're ingesting. It made my obese as fuck cousin go from around 150 kg to 100 in 1,6 years. It's really good. That number is pretty big but he was definitely T H I C C but he is pretty slim now so take that as you will.
