i only got audio hallucination, not visual
i also get delusionally paranoid
when i first got it, there were instances where i was out with a foid and fucked it up by legit acting weird/paranoid
i am on meds now which kills the symptoms but also gives me crushing depression

It multiplies your suicide risk exponentially. I got diagnosed with negative symptoms. But mostly I just suffer with depersonalisation and MDD.
