Experiment I have attempted to convince all of my male co-workers to take the blackpill, 2 of them are now blackpilled

At my fast food restaurant, all of my co-workers are male. All of them are single, and I have had the opportunity to have deep conversations with each of them when there was no work to do or if restaurant was empty. All of them are average or below average in looks. I noticed that all of them are normies, but all of them have told me that they struggle with finding a girlfriend.
Recently, one of them told me that girls don't care About looks, a few days later he started to tell me that women are at fault for men being single, YES, it worked, after telling him all about the data, statistics, and evidence to support the blakpill for days and days, he finally admitted to me that women are the problem. I also convinced my other normie coworker to take the blackpill, but he is still trying to find a gf even though he knows that it is extremely difficult or nearly impossible to get one. And both told me that true love doesn't exist anymore.
At least I managed to convince 2 normies to take the blackpill, I plan on convincing more men I meet in public to take the BP. Btw, I order to change someone's mind you have to be very detailed in your explanations to that person. I went over online dating statistics, anecdotes, social experiments, etc to successfully convince these 2 normies to change their mind on women. Effectively communicating your evidence to the person is the key. It's a small accomplishment but I am happy

I would argue that in the west it is much harder to convince people. In slavlands what you call blackpill is common knowledge, really.
