I have a obsession with saving everything

ever since I was young I always want to save everything out of being scared that I will forget it. It's makes me insanely anxious and I spend a lot of my day making sure that I save everything for the future. Some things I think I need for the future and other things I just think to myself during the day and then try to write them all down and if I forget it ruins my entire day.
