there's no way to put this lightly. After over 1 month of being clean I recently broke my NoFap streak. I was getting too blueballed and had to study for exams, I started to feel like my testicles were becoming a separate entity. I also wanted to reset so that I can be at my peak on Halloween. One thing I will say is porn no longer excites me much and my mood has dropped significantly since then. I also got a throat infection from semen exposure.
