Get well soon, man. When I get sick I est a very nutritous meal and then don't eat anything anymore until I get well again.

During that time I only drink water.

I basically fast. During fasting your body has more energy to heal / regenerate faster since it is not occupied with digestion.

Sore throat is the worst part, I usually drink about 3 liters of water per day and a lot of tea.
