Serious I hate when normies tell you to "calm down"

When I'm trying to explain something and it's clear the other person isn't listening to a word I'm saying and they tell you is to "calm down", that shit pisses me off.
Very common with normies how they try to immediately dismiss any opinion we have right out of the gate and patronize us. When somebody tells me to calm down I want to punch their fucking face in and every time they cry out in pain asking me to stop I just want to tell them to calm down.

I don't ever here those, every time I ever try to speak out I just get hit with the "calm down" or sometimes where they cut me off by saying my first name over and over.
It's rage inducing, it's like they refuse to hear a single word coming out of my mouth, this shit is going push me over the edge one day.
