Many incels like the Joker, and he's associated with incel culture and is sort of claimed as a mascot. But the Joker is very bad for incels. The Joker is society's way of saying "look. Fucked up incels exist, and they're all evil, and they all deserve their miserable fate, and they're just a part of life, and that's just the way it is." He's not a character that is supposed to beckon sympathy, he's not a character who ever changes, he's an evil incel and that's all he is. Imagine if the incel problem befell women instead. First of all society's take would be completely different: instead of bashing incels women would be pleading for sympathy towards them, there'd be societal movements to bring awareness to and help solve the problem of inceldom, and the woman incel in film would be a poor pitiful character; a victim of a society who just needs some help to be redeemed. Joker is also a victim of society, but he is evil, beyond help, and so all pity is out the door. And so the invention of Joker and his modern displays in film are not a good sign: just another punch in the gut and society telling us what we expected it to: that we are evil, we deserve our fate, and no help will be given.
