I hate that everytime I walk past a tallfag, i always look down and feel inferior , I hate that I can't mantain eye contact with anyone, I hate that while wageslaving I can never say "no" when asked for help in something that's not my job, i hate that i can't stand up for myself in anything

What i started doing is putting my headphones in public and playing my 6 favourite songs from YE in repeat. It gave me such a confidence boost especially the song champion also i started doing push ups in the morning so i would have a good pump also eating healthy food made my skin and my gut feel better. Once you feel good, you wont be scared of shit. Also what i personally do is I avoid very tall people deliberately and also have somewhat of a stern and sad face around people so they dont approach me

i've lost over 120 pounds since ive been going to the gym for over 2 years. physically, i feel better, but it doesn't change a single thing mentally.

I started documenting my diet everyday and what i ate. I found that i feel best when i eat four eggs and two peices of toast sometimes three paired with a fruit or a vegetable. Maybe try that. I once saw a documentary of this author that was really famous for their melancholic novels because they had severe clinical depression and later on when the author visited a private therapist. First thing he asked him was about his diet and it had alot of cheese so he made him do a food allergy test turns out he was lactose intolerant which made his mind fucked. Experiment with your diet and other aspects of your life. Depression is not genetic (i think) it is from our daily routine so change it to something more suitable
