Moderate to severe acne/cysts=death sentence. Fucked my youth and confidence beyond repair, among other crap. I don't have them now but it was brutal when I did.
Only thing that worked was antibiotics (doesn't last obviously) and benzoyl peroxide (which bleached some of my beard permanently).
