My life is shit, very shit. It's all because of things I've done, because of self-sabotage. A low IQ and various mental problems have lead to this life.

But it's still much better than the future. There's about 5 ticking time bombs that are just waiting to explode a few years in the future, that will make my life so much worse.

And yet, every once in a while I'm in a good mood for some reason. I don't even have good copes, even my video games and movies and books have become boring, but I still get in a good mood from time to time, despite the years of depression.

That's when life likes to kick me in the balls and then set them on fire.

Same. I know that when I'm I'm a good mood, it's total temporary cope and shit is going to just get worse, both in personal life and society. Being depressed in our situation is realistic, cause our life is sad and horrible. There's nothing to look forward to. Women are soulless, horrible creatures that'll never love you. Your parents will just want money from you. If you're incel you probably don't have many friends too. What is the end game? Even for normies there's none, let alone avoidant and ugly losers like us.

I can relate to you bro. Tomorrow scares the sh** out of me because it's getting harder and harder to see any path of light into it.

I agree, though for different reasons.

Whenever I'm in a good mood, I can't be productive. If I realize im in a good mood, and work to put that happiness to good use, I just remember that I have NOTHING to be happy about.
