I’m 5’6 and I’ve just had a package delivered to my house and when the delivery guy got to my door he placed the package down so that I could sign for it. After i signed for it for i went to pick it up and take it inside when the guy (who was over 6 feet tall) stopped me and said “let me help you, it’s pretty heavy”. He then proceeded to pick it up and take it into the house for me. He was struggling the whole time. When he left it I picked it up to see just how heavy it was and I didn’t find it heavy at all. I even walked around the house carrying it. I could have brought it from his van straight into my house with no struggle. It really pissed me off. That’s something that a delivery guy would do for a woman. Clearly tall men view short men the same way they view women.
I am a regular gym goer and i am pretty strong especially for someone of my height and weight. Just yesterday i was doing 500lb deadlifts. I’m far from being the strongest guy in the world but i am definitely a lot stronger than the average guy, and yet tall men always assume they are stronger than me. I’ve dealt with that my whole life. Whenever something heavy needs lifting tall men always assume they will find it easier lift it than me.
Even foids do it too. I’m self employed now but when i used to have a job, if anything heavy needed lifting around the office and a woman had a choice between me and a tall guy when it came down to asking someone for help with lifting it, they would automatically go to the tall guy. On some occasions the guy couldn’t lift it and i knew i could but I didn’t offer to help, I just laughed to myself and left the bitch to find someone else to help her
