No they're fucking not!
Lets ignore the whole genetics and background pill for a second. Lets just talk about getting a career
Firstly this isn't the Boomer times. You can't just get a well paying job out of college with no degree and be expected job security for life. Times have fucking changed with Globalization. Many jobs like that are probably outsourced to curryland or more realistically completely eliminated due to automation or technology.
So basically you pretty much need a college degree. Its not so much college degrees are needed to do the job but rather companies discriminate against those who don't have one. They will assume you were too stupid or unable to amass enough discipline to get one. If you're in America, you're extra fucked coz of student debt.
Someone can post it but basically many college graduates (america or not) are kinda fucked by the job market. A lot of them end up getting jobs in fields that are not related to their field (In other words Mcjobs and working at starbucks). Its a bit better if you're in STEM and a lot worse if you're in Liberal Arts.
Now assume you're not working a shitty mcdonald job and managed to get a proper White Collar Job. Even then there's a massive difference. Working as some accounts receivable clerk at Bob Jones and Co in your regional town. Or working as a Management Consultant for Mckinsey or an Investment Banking Analyst for Goldman Sachs in New York. You can already see the massive fucking differences. One will get you no where and pay you crap. The other will pay you a lot more but more IMPORTANTLY open you up to a REAL CAREER.
I would say the number of people who end up in a REAL CAREER where they can get a comfortably decent pay and not worry about rent etc as a NON BOOMER is very limited. Your career path is mostly determined by your first job out of college. So if you went to a shitty college or were not likable enough to get internship, or graduate job at a bank then sorry but you're really in a bad situation. This is because after your first job, companies when looking at experienced hires care far more about what experience they had from their previous job and how they can apply it to the job they're currently hiring for. I forgot the name of it but basically everything is built on the foundation before it. So if you didn't strive to have a solid foundation by the time you're an adult, lifes gonna be tough.
Then lets say you made it. You got a good graduate job after college coz you were smart etc. Big deal. The next step is careermaxxing and that is hard too. Now its becomes not so much about being smart but submitting your work with no mistakes AND MORE IMPORTANTLY keeping your colleagues and bosses happy. AKA OFFICE POLITICS. I read a post on Reddit about some dude who went to Harvard and worked at Goldman Sachs. You would think he made it but the twist was he's asian and his investment banking bonus was lower than a White guy from Duke. If you don't know what that means, it means he had probably no chance of climbing the career ladder there and he was gonna get kicked out. I don't pity him though coz he probably can still get a good job anyway.
Working at even the most prestgious firms like Google or Goldman Sachs etc is still just betabuxxing. Its well paid betabuxxing but look how fucking hard it is to achieve.
So when people say don't worry you have shitty non chad genetics, you can always go betabuxx, careermaxx to make up for it I say FUCK YOU. How about you getting to AT LEAST position of Manager of a Fortune 500 firm first and finish paying off your student loans, mortgage etc before you talk to me about how easy it is to achieve.
Btw here is where all the silicon valley nerds etc are going to live. Imagine needing to live here coz the rent for a house is too high lol. Rent is not cheap unless you live in some rural area in the middle of no where
TLDR: Being Chad is the easy way out. Betabuxxing is the HARD way out
