Venting I hate how normies gaslight me

I hate how I get gaslighted by my parents on why I am a failure in life. They have no idea on what I went through and all of the abuse which caused me to completely mentally cripple.

They blame me and my internet addiction but I wouldn't have been like this if I had a normal upbringing while I was a child. I come from a broken abusive family and most of my youth I was raised by a single mother and an extremely overprotective grandma who was making a fuss out of everything I did.

My dad did not care at all. I used to visit him during the weekends but all that happened while I was there was him being abusive towards me and calling me names, humiliating me I still don't get it WHY would someone act like this towards their only son instead of teaching him useful things.

He would mostly drink and watch football ever since my mother left him he's been doing the same thing. Working from 8 to 17:40, TV, drinking and sleeping.

At school I was getting bullied for being awkward and fat I did not know how to defend myself since I was taught that forgiving and not engaging in conflicts is a good thing.

I took all of this humiliation by both my own family and father my only escapism was being terminally online and consuming useless information which backfired on me and my rational thinking abilities.

No, I am not smarter than the average normie in fact the average normie is much more capable than me I sabotaged myself but I don't think I had any other choice anyways.

Bullying completely ruins your life if you had any talents you will lose them. Your brains starts entering in flight mode all the time you see normies because its already used to abuse and it tries to protect you from bad encounters.
