depends. price doesn't always tell you what quality a product is. in Germany we have Stiftung Warentest (big testing organisation, they print reviews in magazines/website). my parents have a subscription. sometimes expensive products suck ass and vice-versa.

Shit cheapo air cooling with only a few intake fans/one exhaust

GPU maxes out 75C
CPU maxes out 90C in unrealistic testing but gaming it never gets above 70C
