I hate going outside

I do go for a walk, but every single time is torture. I'm not sure if I'm ever going to fix this. There is a constant feeling that someone is watching and laughing at you. Is anyone here experiencing the same thing?

Me too. I'm thinking of buying a treadmill so I do my cardio at home.

i hate commute because goddamn it it covers me in dust; and weather and workplace conditions aren't anything good to make my mind over it

I have a stationary bike, but I don't like to use it. I guess the treadmill is a much better option.

I stopped caring about it long time ago. Their expression of happiness can’t affect me in any way. But I do have a struggle walking outside. Leaving my basement seems like excruciating pain for me and social paranoia related to my low status keeps pushing me.
