i hate feeling aware of my actions

i only enjoy the feeling when i dont know im making someone uncomfortable, i hate when i know the shit im doing is lowkey kind of wrong. i always need to be oblivious. any one have any tips on how to constantly never be socially aware and be non empathic about the feelings of others?
