Dogs are annoying, loud and dangerous. But I don't hate them, I just think cats make better pets and wish people would be responsible about their dogs if they choose to have them.
I find it rare that ppl absolutely infatuated with dogs also liking ppl, they generally come across as disliking ppl, not trusting or having power trip issues if they really like dogs.
