He basically freeloads of other peoples channels lmfao and no he doesnt promote them, because if you see his "Reaction" he already views the whole other Video so potential viewers wont go check out the original creators content again.

Technically I agree, but theres still a massive difference between a quality youtuber and someone like Asmo.

A good youtuber might not even do youtube as a full income source but combine it with their main job. Theres quite a few scientists, mathematicians, AI experts, people from tech industry or animators and musicians who do it for a side hustle and still deliver something valuable.

Reactors such as Asmo, but also a lot of story-tellers imo are NEETs and should not get that much money from youtube and the "products" (books, merch, soundtracks, plug-ings, courses, patreon etc.) they sell. Same goes to people who make AI based content where they let an avatar speak to some "History Fact" something that was clearly generated by ChatGPT.

Something that should be regulated by Governments and should be banned in Western Countries is short form content. This one is a menace to us and everyone in society. I think short form content also invokes a rice of more loneliness and thus is amplifing inceldom as well.
