I don't care about going on a dinner date with a girl. I don't care about spending summer nights with a girl. I don't care about spending holidays with a girl. I don't care about holding hands with a girl. I don't care about car rides with a girl. I don't care about anniversaries with a girl. I don't care about cute texts with a girl.

That was my last pitfall, and I've essentially conquered it, although you can never stop battling. I don't think about romantic things, nor do I hug my pillow like I used to. I just lay there and tbh, it helps me go to sleep quicker.

1. Prayer for strength and peace and genuine belief in Christ (Note you can't pray conditionally, ie "I'll act good if you do this for me God!". You have to plant and water the seed before you bear the fruit

2. Complete obsession with my hobbies. If I'm not doing physical training, I'm often studying the schematics of football. Find a hobby and COMPLETELY divulge yourself in it, strive to be the best. Learn about the history and all the ne features of something.

3. Genuine repulsion by degeneracy. I have spent much time contemplating the fact that the women out there have already had physical and emotional attachments to other men. Once you immerse yourself in that thought and truly ponder it for a long time, you will probably lose your drive to be with a woman. Why would anyone want to be the next in line?

4. Enjoyment of the battle. I enjoy cold showers. I enjoy brutal training. I ENJOY resisting masturbation. It is like defeating a great foe, it's an accomplishment.

The Apostle Paul has some really good writings about degeneracy. And I don't hate degenerates, I hate their behavior.

And instead of reading the Bible straight through, only research a specific topic. For example, if you are living life and you notice something that disturbs you, or you a notice a trend, research what the Bible has to say about it. Those teachings hold very true today

I don't even own a copy. You can just look it up online and there are sites that have everything, either verse for verse, or chapter for chapter.
