Was it fresh blood or was your stool blackish red? Fresh blood is probably a hemorrhoid tbh.
a helpful tip for figuring this out is to check if the blood is light or dark. If the blood is light, it's probably fresher and came out from somewhere less deep up your bumhole. If the blood is darker, it's had more time outside of its original location and you probably have a bleeding issue further in.
