Well, I started watching YouTube videos on how to draw faces (anime type) when I mastered the faces, I started with the bodies, but watching only videos was limiting me, so I started reading about anatomy, basics, learning how to use the line of action and structures for bodies. There are several books and guides that can help you with that.
Also, seeing the naked human body helps too much, for example, the doujinshis have helped me a lot in that regard.
