Basically year, two ago i could go out on public and i felt okay. No secret i prefer my basement but today i had to go to big city and first time in my life i felt so bad. I was getting panic attacks at times, was getting angry hearing even least disturbing sounds, voices or laughs. Literally i dont feel part of this world anymore.

I can relate. Some days ago I had to go out and I couldn't stop looking down, the idea of going outside and see people is enough to cause me anxiety.
