I got permanent sexual dysfunction from sertraline (Zoloft) (SSRI)

I haven't been able to get erections for like half a year or more just watching things, I need to actually use my hand to get an erection. Also, my libido is low. My libido was/is very high when taking sertraline, but after stopping I get sexual dysfunction and no erections. And it seems to be permanent.

It hasn't lessened my desire for a girlfriend, so it is no solution. I just can't perform.
