Yeah, I'm the same man. What usually works for me is just trying to get the wake up time consistent rather than the sleep time, but then the weekend rolls around and I inevitably end of ruining my sleep schedule again anyways.

Sometimes bro I wake up 5pm. Because in daytime in India too much rush. And also nobody needs me for any job and no friend to talk with. I just sit in phone and watch YouTube at night. And before I used to sit in balcony and watch outside. But now I feel bored of watching outside. World is too big and expensive and I am small and zero.
