How old?

You could gain another 4 cm with inversion therapy and stretching of your neck with a glisson loop (Be careful with that though as it can be dangerous. Don't overdo it.) .

I have managed to gain another 4 cm in height, this way, as in my almost natural height.

It is basically just decompression, which is healthy, but also give you some extra cm.

I would recommend this to any brocel because first of all it is good for the whole spine, but also all the joints of the legs, when you do the inversion that is.
