You don't understand in Romania even if you have the law on your side in a nonproblematic case, the judge is literally a tyrant. Whatever he says is law. Even if your case is ironclad you can still lose because ethe judge didn't like your tie or something. Also getting to actually see a judge takes moths or years because the system is swamped with requests of people. And you need to be paying a lawyer all of this time and that can cost a boatload.
