It was good while it lasted. I forgot about all of my problems last night for several hours

Now it's wednesday morning and I'm hungover and feel like shit. Reality has come back and now I'm thinking about my terrible life.

Any alcoholcels here hate that feeling of waking up the next day hungover and having bad thoughts?

It’s an endless cycle. Feel like shit —> drink —> don’t feel like shit —> sleep —> wake up —> feel like shit again

it's brutal being awfully hungover telling yourself you'll never drink again, then starting again once the hangover is gone

You would feel like shit regardless

Don't forget the histamine intolerance and constant itching. If you're also fat, it's gonna be way worse.

That's the trap

Been trying to stop getting drunk because the hangover is not worth it.
Being sober sucks, but the nausea and headache is ten times worse.

Drinking goes against my leanmaxxing plans

I'm gonna regret drinking last night for the next several weeks.

From my experience that's about how long it takes to recover.

To detox it from your system, gain some muscle back, lose weight, for your skin to recover, and to recover from feeling rundown all of the time.

This is why I quit about 4 years ago, the hangovers get worse as time goes on, got to the point where I’d shake the day after.

First 6 months off it were awful but once your body and brain heal you feel better, i feel great all the time now, I’ll never go back to it.
