I got banned from tinder, how do I get back on it?

I got banned from tinder a while back for making a chadfish and arranging to meet foids and then not turning up, then flaming them on the chat messenger when they complained I ditched them.

They have banned my mobile number and facebook, is there an easy way I can get around this without having to buy a new sim card or something?
