Whenever I am outside on a road and a girl is coming from the opposite direction , I get extremely nervous, frightened ,self-conscious and extremely insecure.Even my legs start shivering. Most of the time women notice my awkward behviour and sometimes get suprised which makes me feel even more insecure and the problem keeps on increasing exponentially every day. I don't know what to do .

Now I when I see a woman coming from the opposite direction I stop and turn around and pretend to talk on my phone to avoid being humiliated.

Please tell me how to get rid of this behavior .

Also I get very nervous while talking with a new woman. Though I don't talk with girls much . So It is not my immediate concern.

I immediately put on an angry face like idgaf lol

Used to note how awkward it was, as a 14-year-old, to walk down a deserted but narrow corridor and see a Stacy moving from the opposite direction towards you, since I have no choice but to either look down like a beta or stare at her like a creep.

Start de-accelerating and walk super slow as she is close to you. Lowinhib maxxing, start being scary

Same bro. Eyes used to tear when an old lady passes me with her dog now I just dont go outside

Stop putting so much focus on other people's reactions to you, by now it should be clear that good reactions are a rarity and bad reactions are plentiful.
If a foid really wanted you it would be hard to miss.
Don't stress about other people's impressions, it's only hurting you and you gain nothing from it. If you are here, then you are probably unattractive and you don't need to re-confirm that all the time in a way that causes you anxiety.

mogs me bro, i get nervous even crossing the street

I just don't want to enable them in any way so i avoid looking.

Even with men crossing paths I’m like this, I’m even self-conscious about the way I walk :feelstastyman:

Just look straight ahead

This advice is going to sound very bluepilled, but it's not because the purpose of it is not to help you attract women but rather to ease your anxiety in these relatively common, day-to-day interactions with them.

You need to completely disassociate women with sex when you're out in public. In your mind, they need to be the same as men. Just act the way you would if you were coming across any other normal (usually ugly) dude.

For example, if it was just some overweight, balding guy you were walking past on the sidewalk, you might say, "Hi", or you might just silently walk past him, but you certainly wouldn't be nervous and shaking your legs (unless you have extreme social anxiety or something).

The only way is to face your fears... unfortunately it's the only way (unless you take anti-anxiety meds). Just do it often enough and you won't be afraid anymore. One personal example was my fear of heights. I legit used to be petrified when thinking about riding a rollercoaster, and my heart would beat 200/s when we were waiting in the queue during school trips. But I decided to man up, and after about 10 rides I noticed the fear subside slowly. Now I actually enjoy rollercoasters and the view riding some of the fairs.

On a dark street, surrounded by bushes, and you see a single young foid approaching you in the fog...

Look at her in fear! Turn around and run AWAY fast!

Duck into the bushes and hide! And hope she doesn't see you!

then get your lasso (or duct tape) and slapjack ready. and hope you parked the van is nearby. - in mimecraft!
