Serious I get depressed when I go outside and feel the fresh air

Sounds stupid but its true.

I just stepped out of my house for a second and I saw the color of the sky as the sun had almost set making it dark blue and purplish towards the horizon, i heard the sounds of crickets and the fresh air and wind breezing.

It makes me depressed because I just stay stuck in my room most of the time

I get depressed imagining enjoying being outside with actual friends or heaven forbid a fucking girlfriend.
I have gone out by myself it is almost always an inferior even dull experience without company, only rarely is it nice to be outside alone. I usually just get tired of being out after 2 hours by myself but having company can keep you out for a very long day.

I feel like I should be out camping when I see a nice sunset sky like that

Yeah, like when I am LDARing I will always feel like I should go out and do something but yeah after 2 hours the novelty of it wears off maybe you start to get a bit hungry or thirsty or tired, if its hot maybe you are a bit sweaty and you want to shower, and you just end up going home with a completely bland boring experience

Yeah whenever I am out I will see couples or groups of people my age and I am all alone not having fun, I would love to be outside more if I had a foids or friends but I don't so I may as well LDARmaxx

Spot on! I had the same experience yesterday after work the weather was nice and all but i did notice after 90 minutes of being outdoors that the sun was starting to set and the footflow became less and less. So I just called it a day.

I guess subconciously as it gets dark your mind thinks its time to go home.


If you are out with a foid or with friends though you will have so much fun you will not even notice that it is getting darker, or that you are tired or something, thats why "just go outside bro!" is such a meme

I agree man going out by yourself without anyway to keep your mind stimulated (without a phone) isn't a good way to go. If anything being social is the best way to go but what's the point if one can't socialise. A meme is funny if anything their empty advice is just boring at this point.
