There are two types. Homosexual Transexual, and those suffering from Autogynophilia (the mentally ill kind). The first kind is stunted boys. Something went wrong in the womb or childhood. They are unnaturally short and have underdeveloped genitalia before and after puberty. It's a hormonal issue. And there isn't a known way to correct it, so doctors just let them transition. Most East Asians trans are of this type. They can make convincing women. But that's because there wasn't any masculinity to begin with.
