How is that place considered rural mang , my village(I don't live there) has no roads only dirt tracks which gets completely fucked in rainy season, they have low power electricity for like 5-6 hours a day. Foids stay in the kitchen and help with cattle and farming and shit. People have no running water or plumbing , they shit in the open fields. They get water for other purposes from the village well using pulleys.

The only striking feature is the internet, you can get very cheap and fast internet anywhere.
