I have ambivalent feelings about America. On one hand, they produce lots of things I enjoy, especially in music; I like the language and the freedoms, I remember Hans Hermann Hoppe saying he was surprised there were so many libertarians when he went to America, since in Germany there were basically none.

Uruguay is the freest country in the world. Their age of consent defaults to 15, but if you go to extra trouble you can semi-legally have sex with females as young as 12 if you can prove that they had the ability to consent and did so. I wouldn't really want to test my luck too much with it, but hypothetically you can have sex with 12 year olds legally under special circumstances; however, 15 year olds are the default.

There are no laws against using any drugs and the government sells weed. Prostitution is legal and regulated. It has every freedom of the Netherlands and then some.
Netherlands is like a watered down and mainstream version of the even rawer and more comprehensive freedom of Uruguay. Uruguay is also a first world country in its capital area, though is 2nd world everywhere else. It's one of the safest, most civilized, richest, and developed nations in South America though. Netherlands is probably modestly more developed and notably richer, but Uruguay especially in the capital city is pretty comparable, and the surrounding areas are just rural and more aboriginal / ethnic like -- though it is an overwhelmingly white nation throughout, the people in the surrounding areas just seem slightly more Hispanic and ethnic I guess.
