I think not. The most recent game I purchased was Sonic X Shadow Generations and it ran quite well and I beat the game with no trouble. However, sometimes the controller randomly shuts off, and it heats up and sounds really loud.

after a year my one just started breaking, and i had to charge my controller at all times or it wouldnt work

I got a free PS5 and I hate it. I have to wait 4 months to log in to my Roblox account for whatever reason and I bought an external hard drive to save the games that were on it and I couldn't transfer games because of error codes.

Why not get a series x? My old ps4 sounds like it's going to blow up, last gen graphics really aren't that bad though so I can see why people don't care about upgrading

Same. I still use a ps4 slim I got in 2019. It has never given me an issue in performance though, the only issues I face are in online payments because they don't accept 99.5% of debit and credit cards.
