Venting I fucked up my elbow

I was on the computer as usual and saw an article on medium.com written by a woman who said that sex is a biological necessity and we should not be ashamed of it, and that the lack of it can cause serious psychological disorders, and that love is fundamental to a person's development.

I smashed the table 4 times with my elbow with all my might, and now I'm in horrible pain.
