Like asparagus!

I can see why they are so popular in China...

I found them on the side of the road on the way to the local beach.

I do have some in my yard that are not quite ready to harvest/ eat.

So finding a big stand of them was a PLUS! A big plus.

Because now i can dig them up and sell SOME for crypto!

As well as transplant more into my YARD.

I had no idea they were so tasty!

As a Chinese delicacy i thought they might be weird.

But they are easy to grow perennials, so i thought why not?

They also make tatas, and scallions.

The needles (flower buds) can be dried...

A nice food!

this gives me hope for my early retirement from society and going to live in a primitive way. at least it will eat well
