Experiment I finally got my hormones tested as a NEET with a mostly sedentary lifestyle -- what are your T levels?

What are your T levels (in ngl/dl)

My results:

Total Testosterone: 439.3 ng/dL

Free Testosterone: 13.57 ng/dL

Percentage of Free Testosterone: 3.09%

Estradiol: 11 pg/ml

LH: 3.5 m[IU]/mL

FSH: 3.3 m[IU]/mL

So my total testosterone is borderline low, but my free testosterone is curiously above average in percentage.

My estradiol, meanwhile, is almost non-existent. This probably has major implications for me.

I hope that being a sedentary NEET entails a good potential for optimizing my hormones through natural means (starting from a low base).

Also, I'm pretty certain that I have sleep apnea, which may or may not be influencing these results. Normal weight and BMI though.

Mine was mid 700s when I got it tested 5 years ago, probably lower now

What makes you think that?
For several years now, I've had incidents where I've woken up in the middle of the night out of breath. When this first started happening, I would gasp for air, but since then I've learned to simply wait for a few moments and resume breathing without sounding like I'm dying. I've also positioned my pillows in such a way that seems to reduce the amount of awakenings.

One time I had sleep paralysis while experiencing sleep apnea. I was fully conscious of the fact that I had stopped breathing in my sleep but could not wake up on command. Once I managed to, I was in a major panic and broke a lamp while gasping like a cardiac patient JFL.

There is supposed to be an association between sleep apnea and low libido (erectile dysfunction and even low T). But it's unclear how much of this has to do with the common co-morbidity of obesity.

I know that I've been diagnosed with ADHD and the symptom criteria of ADHD and sleep apnea are virtually identical.

I have to wait several months to get a sleep study, unfortunately. But I'm sure they'll find something. I've always had under-eye bags which is perhaps a testament to life-long sleeping difficulties.

Op, inject T.

I took tongkat ali and coupled with exercising twice a week, my voice became noticeably deeper. It could explain the low estradiol via aromatase inhibition.

Being a NEET made me become soy and I'm going through a second puberty now. I hope there's no lasting damage from my lapse of physical activity over many years and that I can recover healthy hormone levels naturally. I am still in my early 20s. :feelshaha:

It doesn't help that I'm progressively diffuse thinning on the top of my head. I don't think I can't afford to take finasteride and play with these fragile hormone levels. Only Chad who never became a depressed NEET and maintained good physical activity and hormone levels can afford to take finasteride, it seems.

you do know that injecting t makes your dick bigger? also your t is low bc of neet lifestyle, your body doesn't need to produce a lot of test

I'll take another hormone test once I've been physically active and eating a better diet for a while. And treating my sleep apnea, too.

I'm a good experimental test subject for how much being sedentary destroys your hormones. I've been a NEET for six years.

why are you a neet though?

Autism/Asperger's combined with ADHD and/or sleep apnea symptoms. It led to depression, anxiety, and hopelessness.

Luckily I got on NEETbux and this is enabling me to try to improve myself.

could be sleep apnea. I had a lot of your cases man and it can heal

damn, lucky. I can't get any of that, I'm a wagecuck
After neeting it out for multiple years as a diagnosable autist, your chances for NEETbux are high. Especially if you have no work history.

You deserve NEETbux in that case. Autism is a brutal disability that only becomes more pronounced with age, as you remain mostly infantile while others mature.

The worst part of it is loneliness. I'm not a schizoid, so I'm both environmentally mismatched in soyciety and in my bedroom JFL.

It can heal without a CPAP machine?

I've read that a recessed jaw/maxilla can lead to an obstruction of airflow and thus cause sleep apnea. Jaw surgery can stop it. Proof that these things are not merely "cosmetic issues" but actual health issues...

According to this chart, I have the total T levels of an 80 year old, but the free T levels of a 20 year old (13.57 ng/dL = 135.7 pg/ml) :feelswhere:

Does this mean that my body is good at compensating for a deficiency in total T? Can I expect for the percentage of free T to stay the same if my total T rises?

Also what the fuck is going on with my estradiol.

Never tested tbh

I checked my Test levels , I'll look for the result, I am currently in TRT

jfl at all inwels who put greater than 900 levels because most users here have low t levels, but then again gotta cope or rope
