I just ate chicken. but whatever my only option is to sleepmaxx all day until it gets better

Get on SSRIs as long as you're able to tolerate them. I've heard cortisol can be decreased with the consumption of Fluoxetine. I'm planning to get back on SSRIs because my anhedonia is far from gone and I have too many unexplainable health problems.
